Our services require a user access login to your accounting software. We will access your accounting records online and ask that any information be shared through your accounting software platform or via email.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and ACH through our secure payment gateway.

Monthly service subscriptions are paid in advanced for the month being serviced. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with a 15 day notice. No pro-rated amounts will be refunded. If a monthly subscription was paid, the services for that month will be provided. Any subsequent months will not be serviced.

For a service that requires a quote prior to services being performed, a quote will be sent for review and a signature. The terms of the service agreement will outline when payment milestones are expected.

For the monthly service subscriptions for bookkeeping, an agreed upon timeline will be provided. Normally the 15-20th day of any month, all items will be complete and ready for your review.

We cannot provide bookkeeping services without an online accounting software user login. If you need software implemented, please contact us about our system setup service.
